Jordan Morell

Jordan brings a practical, client-focused approach to residential remodeling, backed by 15 years of finance experience and 5 years of construction experience. His connection to the trades started early while working in his father’s drywall company, where he developed an appreciation for craftsmanship, jobsite discipline, and the amount of planning it takes to deliver quality work.

After building a career in banking, Jordan returned to the construction industry with a unique perspective. His background allows him to combine construction knowledge with financial planning, organization, and clear communication. That combination helps clients better understand their project scope, budget, timeline, and options before work begins.

As co-owner of MGC Remodeling, Jordan is heavily involved in the front end of each project. He helps manage initial consultations, estimating, design coordination, project planning, and scope development. His goal is to make sure every remodel starts with a clear plan, realistic expectations, and a strong understanding of what the finished space needs to accomplish.

Jordan works closely with homeowners on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement finishes, and larger home renovation projects. Known for his attention to detail, transparency, and organized approach, he helps create a smoother remodeling experience from the first conversation through the planning process.
