Hey, I'm Joe Gondek. I’m all about three things: my fiancée, our new dog Beau, and spending time out in the woods bow hunting. When I’m not out in the field, I like to relax with a round of golf and good company. I take pride in working hard, paying attention to the details, and doing things the right way—whether that’s running a job site or learning something new. I’m always pushing myself and my crew to be better and take every project as seriously as if it were my own home.
