This project began as a major water damage restoration after a broken pipe caused significant damage across multiple levels of the home. Instead of only repairing the affected areas, the project became a full home restoration and renovation that modernized the primary bathroom, main level, kitchen, basement, flooring, electrical systems, cabinetry, and custom finish details.

The completed renovation transformed the home with high-end materials and custom craftsmanship, including white oak cabinetry, Q Quartz Calacatta Miraggio countertops, premium Rohl plumbing fixtures, new hardwood flooring, updated lighting, a new gas fireplace, custom millwork, and lower-level finish updates.
